Press Menu button > Select Settings > System > Backlight

The screen quality is not as it shows on the advert at all I’m extremely disappointed
I agree. Garmin responses continue to say we aren't turning up brightness but I have tried mine at low and at 100% and the colors are just as bad. Please give us better feedback than to keep turning up brightness when our posts already state we have.
Hello! The watch has a sunlight-visible, transflective memory-in-pixel (MIP) display. Not the AMOLED display you will find on other watches, like for example the Garmin Venu 2 (more vibrant colors indoors). The display on the Approach S62 will typically look better in direct sunlight or when used outdoors in general.
For the kind of money people are paying for this watch screen brightness should never be brought up in a conversation. This needs to get fixed at no extra charge to your customers. I’m very disappointed and definitely considering sending it back.
