Our club has a 9 hole course which is played as an 18 hole course by having a second set of tees for each hole. This changes the strokes on each hole and let it be played as 18 holes.
The garmin S62 however only picks it up as a 9 hole course and you have to start a new round after 9. Because the strokes differ on the second 9 , I cannot let the watch keep stableford score because it doesnt take into account the stroke change on the second 9 holes.
Cant Garmin take the 18 hole scorecard and register the course as 18 holes and then use the same 9 hole layout twice?
This shouldnt be too much of an issue. I have sent the 18 hole scorecard to Garmin with all the different strokes as well as the slope/index for the Yellow Tees and the Blue Tees.
Can you please correct this issue , otherwise all I can do is use strokeplay scoring for the 9 holes twice which is a hasle and it means I cant use my watch to its full potential.
