How to uninstall courses accidently downloaded.

I must have checked south Africa and pacific golf courses with my north & South American courses. How do I delete the non-America courses? They are in the way.

What do you mean by "in the way"? I have all the courses on my S62 and the watch chooses the correct course based on the GPS coordinates when you select the Play Golf option.
