I'm not getting any text notifications and I'm am being notified of a phone call but I am not able to answer phone calls on my S62

    Check to make sure notifications are enabled on the watch.

    Press Menu>Select Settings > Notifications and Alerts > Smart Notifications > Show All

    It's possible you may need to clear the Bluetooth pairing between the watch and the phone. Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget the device. Open the Garmin Golf App and go through the pairing process, ensure that you allow Smart Notifications.

    Rob , with all due respect this seems an on going issue for a long time now for most users in regards notifications etc , and the reply / fix is the same standard suggestion . But the issue needs a proper fix by a Garmin as having to keep self fixing temp is getting a pain in the a#se !! Also you aren’t aware your missing these notifications until you eventually see them on your phone ! These Approach watches cost near £500 , so surely Garmin need to fix this once and for all as a priority !!!!

    AGREED...it's so damn frustrating. Same problem, same reply. I want to like the watch...but I'm extremely close to a return for another product by a different company and leaving poor reviews for the s62 all over the web.

    Yes I agree. When purchasing the s62 over the iphone watch one of the things i wanted as a really good golf watch but also the capabilities of viewing text, email, and incoming calls. How many others are having issues with this? I really like the golf aspect but the pairing and alerts needs to be fixed!!

    Any tips and tricks for the watch? I would like to learn more.

    Just got my s62 today and I’m not getting text notifications, calls and other notifications are coming through. Also not getting weather info. I just got this thing but I might be taking it back based on this thread. Not looking good for Garmin, $500 watch shouldn’t still be in beta.

    Im having the same exact issue.  Everything is set correctly.  Not sure why this hasnt been figured out yet.  Frustrating

    Hello, notification issues were resolved with recent updates to the Golf app. Please make sure your app is up to date via the app store.
