Approach S62 not showing shot by shot after round

Hi - been using my S62 multiple times while playing. My last 2 rounds I noticed that the app has synced but it's not showing the hole by hole individual shots. shows my scorecard , but not the individual shots by holes. not sure what happened but this just happened on my last 2 rounds. 

I read the other forums and did the hard reset , connected with garmin express , garmin connect and still they have not shown up. Anyone having the same issues?

    Please try to sync the data with Garmin Express.

    This should be a onetime workaround that pushes that shot data to the account.

    Hi, still no fix to this other than connecting the watch to Garmin express. Very frustrating

    So I’ve had this issue happens few times as well, but most recent round did indeed track my shots. What I did was:

    1. Reset settings on watch (not factory reset)

    2. Reinstalled GARMIN Golf App

    3. Re-paired watch with phone

    4. make sure the course you are playing has been downloaded. Restart watch and phone before playing.

    5. At course, open the GARMIN golf app, and make sure you get the green connected icon

    6. check your settings on your watch, ensuring that shot tracking and club tracking is on and activity tracking is on as well

    7. Make sure you start the round on your WATCH, and end on your watch as well

    I did this and it worked, after having the previous round with no shots tracked. I didn’t want to factory reset as I want to use the virtual caddy, because every time you factory reset you lose all your history.

    I personally think the issue is when people start a round on their phone first, and then start a round on the watch, as the 2 way syncing (from phone to watch) isn’t great.

    I am having the same issue.  It was working on Sunday but I just played today (Thursday) and I see my score but not the shot tracing per hole as an overlay on the map,  Also, the map looks very different like there was an update to the map code.

    Solution could be quite simple.

    I also struggled with this for months but finally realised the solution.

    you need to open your GARMIN connect app once your round is over, and it must fully sync (green icon next to watch at the top) this could take a while if you haven’t synced in a while.

    once complete, check your GARMIN golf app and your shots should be showing

    8426772,  did you get your issue resolved?  I hit a monster drive today nothing showed up.

    Make sure Bluetooth is on and you have good internet connectivity.

    go to GARMIN connect app, sync your phone and watch, and your round should sync. The app will let you know once the round has been synced. 

    Your shots should show up in the golf app.
