Gofl activity uploadedto garmin connect app, scorecard uploaded to garmin golf app but scorecard is not uploaded to garmin connect

Hi,

When I play a round of golf, the activity is uploaded to the garmin golf app, the garmin connect app but it is not uploaded to my garmin connect account on my computer.

Also when I sync my watch with garmin express there is always a sync error and it says there are corrupted files...

Any one has an idea how to fix this?

Cheers,

Miguel

  • I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I am sending you a private message to gather additional details.

  • I’m having similar problems with my S62.  The app now says it’s sync’d but there are no scorecards or information to view in the Golf App.  Yesterday I could see the information for the round of golf on the Connect App, today I can’t.

I have tried disconnecting the pairing, resetting and loading on both iPad and iPhone, the results are the same regardless

Any ideas how to fix this

    Cheers

    Paul

  • Can you try to sync the data with Garmin Express? This should manually sync the scorecards to the app.

  • I managed to sync with Garmin Express using my Microsoft Laptop.  I can now see the scorecard there and using the iPad 8.  No “scorecards” are initially visible on the iPhone 6 (running IOS 12.5.2) However, the course “leader view”, “Course Stats”  is visible. I managed to access the scorecard by going through “Course Stats” then “Scorecard” icon on RHS (either icon near  Golf Club or longest drive , then clicked on score.   Once this has been done Scorecards are then available by clicking “Scorecard”. Looks like there’s an initial condition not being loaded by software
