Why is my total score not including the putts? It is showing my overall score as just the total of my strokes tee to green. I used Garmin golf on my old Garmin Vivoactive 3 without this problem.

Press Menu button > Select Settings > Golf Settings > Stat Tracking

Make sure the bar to the right is green.

It is absolutely asking for putts and I entered them. In fact, I can look at the full scorecard and tell you exactly how many strokes I took from tee to green, and the total putts for each hole, but the final score is not including the putts. Stat tracking was already on.
