Recording NAP SLEEP DATA outside of NORMAL SLEEP HOUR and Forced stroke/score entry after each hole.

  • Is it possible to eliminate the "strokes" prompt after each hole for the approach s62?

I replaced my S62 after I could it not stop or eliminate being prompted for entering score after each hole. The watches vibrates and won't advance to next hole until I hit "Done" or hit plus or minus to enter a score. Scoring is turned off. Start tracking is turned off. Club prompt is turned off. Sometimes I don't want to enter a score and want watch to auto advance to next hole.

Is there any way to record nap sleep data outside of set sleep hours?

Thanks

Roger

  • Hi Roger. Please ensure your Approach S62 software has been fully updated. With scoring turned OFF, you should not receive a prompt after each hole. Regarding sleep, no. Naps cannot be added on any of our Fitness, Outdoor, or Golf watches.

  • Software Version 2.50, Scoring grayed out (off). I am still promoted to either hit done or + or - to enter score. It will not automatically advance to next hole without input. I will send a picture of my settings and the prompt the next time play.

Scoring is turned of in, Setting>, Golf Settings>, Scoring>. Is there some where else to turn scoring off? Am I missing something? Is 2.50 the latest version of firmware? When i try to update I get "no updates".

    Thanks

  • I researched further. I am sorry - there is a known issue with scoring popping up despite scoring settings turned off on your Approach S62. Our engineers are looking into the issue further and are requesting more examples from anyone experiencing the issue.
