SPO2 not working.

I check SPO2 on occasion. After about 2 weeks I get the "check fit" message. The fit is OK. The watch does not even start doing the check. I tried syncing to Garmin express, removing and adding the widget and reset to defaults. Reset to defaults works but is a nuisance because I have redo all my custom settings. Garmin express indicates software is up to date version 2.5  

  • Do you own an Approach S62? The feature you are talking about is in the Approach S62 but not in the Approach S60.

    I am sorry your PulseOX is not consistently working. You should  be able to go into the widget, hold still for a minute, and get a reading. If it continues to stop working and the pattern continued that you need to reset your Approach S62 to get it to work, please do not hesitate to reach out to Golf Product Support so we can address your issue further.
