Good Evening All.
I wanted to start by saying I love my CT10 Sensors since I got them in December of 2020 with my S62 but I have been through 2 sets and have nothing but issues with them and after substantial troubleshooting I wanted to post my findings for any future development and hopefully as something for anyone with future issues to reference.
A quick background with my first playthrough with a replacement set of 14 sensors so brand new out of the box/ I play in the California Bay Area primarily in the morning when it is colder (40ish degrees) and wet with some dew of the ground.
My first round out All my sensors pair for the first 5 of so hole and then my driver goes out. By the end of the round my Driver, 3 wood, 7 iron, 8 and 9 iron no longer register. I play another 18 at another course (I know I have an issue lol) and these same clubs have no data on Garmin Connect.
I get home and take the batteries out and notice that there appears to be condensation on the batteries and the batteries are ice cold. I warm the batteries in my hand and replace them and they reconnect but I get "battery low" message from all the sensors upon checking them on my watch. I take them out again yesterday for another 6:30am round and my driver doesnt; work, I take the top off the sensor and warm up the battery and it pairs again no issues with a low battery warning again but I cant get my 7, 8 or 9 iron to pair. I get home and replace the batteries and all of the sensors successfully are recognized.
This has bee an ongoing issue with my sensors and I want to love them and use them but I just cant get them to successfully work, I don't know if it's a temperature issue or what but it's unacceptable to spend $300 on a set of sensors and have this many issues. I have a Garmin 935, 945, S62, Index S2, G80 and these sensors so I love Garmin but I just don't know what to do at this point. I just want to see if anyone else is having this issue because it sucks that I dropped $300 on these sensors and can't get them to work for more than a round.
