My Approach S62's battery is at 100%. Yet, it keeps prompting out "Phone Batter Low" message. Is there something wrong? Please advise.
My Approach S62's battery is at 100%. Yet, it keeps prompting out "Phone Batter Low" message. Is there something wrong? Please advise.
Doesn't sound good since you are receiving the low battery message in error.
Please try the following:
1) Soft reset - hold down your middle right button until your watch shuts off then let go once off
Fully charge your watch and test it again to see if the low battery message arriving in error has stopped
2) Full reset to factory default - Factory Reset
