Are you saying that garmin has no plan to make this an Android supported capability? If so, what a horrible business decision. Where do I and others return our $500+ watches?
Yet another dissapointed customer for obvious reasons. Hopefully Garmin will start taking notice that people actually don't like paying a premium price for a watch that has less functions than watches for 1/3 the price! Hey Garmin - Chris, I would expect that Garmin has done their research on the smartphone market but in case they haven't, let me share some statistics. the 2021 market share for smartphone stacks up like this: Samsung 19%; Apple 16% and Xiamoi 14%. What do two of these manufacturers have in common? Android for 35% of the market. You may want to start rethinking your development philosophy.
You’d of thought Garmin software techs would of included a “ Playing golf “ smart reply on a GOLF watch !! But No !! they put in the option of “ Running “ or “ Working out “ or “ Out Riding “ !!

I bought my S62 on Amazon and returned it today after 3 weeks of frustration. Luckily i was still within my 30 day window of Amazon. I was tired of notifications not working and not able to edit smart replies. I'm looking at Samsung Galaxy 3 and use golfpadgps app on phone and watch. Looks pretty promising.
