Swing analysis is displayed only sporadic

I am using the Garmin Approach S62, paired with a iPhone 11 Pro Max (IOS Version 14.3 18C66), using the Garmin Golf App (Version 1.29.0.13 and the Garmin Connect App (Version 4.38.0.31). 

All devices are paired directly through the Garmin Golf App and updated (via Garmin Express). 

My golf clubs are equipped with Approach CT10 golf club sensors and paired with the S62. 

With this equipment I try to use the Swing Tempo Function. 

Unfortunately I reach only sporadicly some results and don’t have direct reactions if I hit a ball. 

How I do exactly?

The S62 on my left arm is connected with the Golf App on my phone nearby. I turn the lights on maximum power (yes I know that the CT10 works only with sufficient light).  

1. I press the action button.
2. Select  > Swing Tempo.
3. Press the action button to view the menu.
4. I select Swing Speed, and select the first option.
5. I complete a full swing, and hit the ball.

Result: The device displays „Tempo 0.0“

Then I repeat many times the step 5 with different power.

Result: The device displays always „Tempo 0.0“

Then I use the Tip Sequence, tap every times the screen to see all tips and after that I repeat with step 5. 

Result: The device displays e. g. a „Tempo 1.9“ and indicate the colours for Back and Down.  

I repeat with step 5.

Result: The device displays e. g. a „Tempo 2.1“ and indicate other colours for Back and Down.

I repeat many times with step 5.

Result: Nothing change; the device displays always the last information e. g.  „Tempo 2.1“. 

What can I do?
