Using wallet during round

After 9 holes, I'll typically drop in to the shop for food/drink at which point I have to use the wallet to pay. After using the wallet function, my watch won't allow me to return to my round and I have to turn it off and back on and then start a 'new' round for the back 9.

The watch is still tracking the round as when I turn it off, it asks if i want to end the round and save my scorecard. If i go out to the main screen during a round for anything else, i can get back to my round by simply clicking the big button.

Does anyone else have this issue?

    Given the payment interaction that must take place between your watch and the payment terminal, it is not surprising to hear the process causes odd behavior when making a payment during an active round of golf. It is best practice to not be recording a round of golf or any activity when you use the Garmin pay functionality of your watch.

    I also have experienced the same issue and I had to hard reset the watch to be able to resume the round. Bad experience.

    I have exactly same problem at this summer 2021. After paying it is measuring shots somehow, but you cannot find your golfgame anymore your watch. I cant fill scores, clubselection, or see any data of my started golfround. Last year S62 didn´t have this problem, so it came with some of your updates. It is super annoying and messing my golfgame, because you have to turn off watch and try to continue playing during this process. It also making 2 separed 9hole rounds, witch are messing my statistics.

    Now I try remember to select pause for golfround and after that I pay with S62. For now, it is only way to do it. But as I said earlier this is new problem and superannoying, I really hope you fix this.

    I have the same issues and I think this is very bad being still a quite expensive Golfwatch. I am very surprised of the answer from Garmin, if now Chirs is from Garmin? Saying it is "NOT SURPRISING". Both applications are developed by Garmin I suppose??
