Does the S62 need calibration or something like that?

Hi I dont know what's wrong but some holes it shows the green is in a lower position while it's upward and viceversa. Forgive my english

  • Do you mean the pin location in reference to the green or the actual green location in reference to the fairway?

The actual location in reference to the fairway when you use the "plays like" and it ads or takes yards if the green is X feet over the fairway or under. In some holes the green is over you and it says its level or under. For example yesterday I played a par 4, the green was way over my feet (20 - 25feet over), I was 10 yards behid the 100 mark, S62 suggested:120, and the actual yardage was 140. 20 yards its a Lot, Other hole the green was over my head and the S62 said it was UNDER my feet. In like 75% of the holes the S62 was right.

  • Sounds like your GPS sensor didn’t have a good lock on your position. That happens sometimes to me too. When I notice this issue I end my round then restart the golf score keeping as it will reacquire its position via satellites.

I don’t do it but I remember reading somewhere you want to start your round on your watch 5-10 minutes before so it can get a good triangulation on the satellites above.
