It depends on what product you own, but in general, there are 3 ways to get your device to show the time properly whether due to Daylight Savings time in the United States or traveling a large distance.
1) Sync using Garmin Express on your computer
2) Sync using the Garmin Connect Mobile APP/Golf APP on your smartphone
3) If your watch time is set to Automatic and NOT manual, acquire GPS with any outdoor activity or outdoor GPS function such as navigating on an outdoor watch or acquiring local golf courses to play golf on a golf device
