I have a new Approach 62 and just added the C10 sensors and have played 5-6 rounds since I added them. Im not seeing the Virtual Caddie at the bottom of the watch face? The manual says " For Each round, you must connect to a paired smartphone with the golf Garmin app." Sounds simple but how exactly does one ensure the transfer occurred from the phone to the golf app? Do you end the round and then synch or must you sync before you end the round. Regarless haw do you know the data was transferred?
I have tried to synch the phone and golf app after a round, but nothing seems to happen. I don't get club distances showing on the golf app just empty fairways.
Do I have to have scoring turned on? It suggests that is needed if you have club promo turned on but with the C10 sensors I don't think that is a requirement as the sensors are suppose to be recording the data.
Prior to having club sensors (on another approach 62) I had an the Golf setting option of turning on the Virtual Caddie that no longer appears as a menu setting once I activated the C10 sensors. IS this working as planned?
Please advise as so far the sensors have provided nothing.
