Play golf not displaying

When I push red button to get a round of golf started, the “play golf” icon doesn’t show up. All I have is the watch face.

I am concerned it may be a bad button. You can hard reset by holding down your middle right button until your S62 shuts off then let go. If that step doesn't change the behavior of the top right button…

Hi Support, I have the same issue, the reset of the phone fixed the problem. Is this a known software issue?

No - and the software version has changed since the last customer reported this issue starting this thread over 9+ months ago.
