Shot data.

I've lost my shot data from the app. I can't see where they went. I can see scorecards and this is the only information now available. Where's it all gone? 

Also when I boot my phone the golf app keeps on asking me to set notification alerts to on even though they are already set to on. Galaxy s10. 

  • Given that your Golf APP keeps prompting you, which in itself is odd behavior, it may also explain why your Autoshot data is not arriving with your scorecard. Delete your Golf and Connect Mobile APP off your Galaxy S10 and remove your watch from your phone's Settings > Bluetooth menu.

    On your Approach S62, you shouldn't need to hard reset or fully reset it but if you continue to have issues after Bluetooth pairing your watch back through your Golf APP, you may need to try both resets.

    - Hard reset: hold down your middle right button until your watch shuts off then let go
