I realize this is a lot to ask, but it would be really cool if the S62 had a feature that showed the slope of the green to help with green reading. Just a thought!

It would be incredible to have the greens slope as a metric too.

There are already apps that have accomplished this, like GolfLogix. It would be very useful data if it could be implemented with all garmin’s golf supporting devices!

Wrapping my head around your idea, putting this suggestion into motion on what new data is needed, each golf course would need to provide accurate slope information for each green and all that data, a lot of math, would need to be added and interpreted on the golf course image for each hole and each course. What a cool vision when you think about using something like Lidar technology to get accurate scans of each green.
Thank you for the suggestion! I will be happy to pass your idea to our golf engineers.

Doesn't the heat map (green colors) provide this information?
