The Notifications did not help, but instead of using the Samsung Phone App I changed and installed the Google Phone App and everything works perfect, phone calls and text messages
Bad luck it worked only for a few days. still unable to receive phone calls notice on approach s62 but ok for the text messages

Your watch is passive on receiving smart notifications. All smart notifications get sent from your Android smartphone to your watch.
However, you can go into Settings > Notifications and Alerts > Smart Notifications > and you have settings for both "During an Activity" & "Not During an Activity". You can then choose to "Show All", "Show Calls Only" or "Show Calls and Texts".
Given that it worked for only a short period of time then stopped again, makes it very difficult to know the cause of the issue. It is so rare to be an issue with Android phones given the less frequent Android updates, there has been no recent patterns or reports for issues with the Android Connect Mobile APP . (iPhones on the other hand, Apple iOS updates frequently, sometimes bringing unexpected change, and we then uppdate the Connect Mobile APP for iOS.)
After double checking your watch settings and double checking your Android settings based on the article above in my last message, if the issue continues, please reach out to your region's Garmin Golf Product Support.
Same issue here. I get phone call notifications once out of every 20 calls
