Custom clubs missing in Garmin golf app (Was a known issue - Now Resolved)

Not sure what happened but all of a sudden my custom clubs are not showing up in the Garmin golf app. Played a handful of rounds this week and all was fine. Last played on Tuesday. Now today, Thursday when I played the watch had all the clubs but when I load the Garmin golf app none of my clubs show up on the course and when I go to club performance in the app it just shows the default clubs.

    If any other Golf customer still sees "unknown" for their club stats in Garmin Connect, please highlight my name and let me know your club stats are not in place again. Thank you!

    HI Chris, 

    My issue is only partially resolved.  My last two rounds played on 9/24 and 9/28 (yesterday).  Don't show any clubs identified for any shots.  All the shots from rounds before these last two seem to have recovered their club info.  During both of the last two rounds, CT-10 sensors and virtual caddy seems to be actiing normally.  Just no club info on the Golf App scorecards.

    Hi Chris, this is still an issue for me. I can see some data from months ago but a lot of my clubs have no data against them at all. I know that I saved my last game because I went and reviewed it, I can see what clubs I’ve used, but there is nothing against Club performance. If this has been fixed is there something else I need to do? Thank you

    I have sent you a Private Message to work with you further since there is not an active known global issue for Approach S62 owners and club tracking.
