Custom clubs missing in Garmin golf app (Was a known issue - Now Resolved)

Not sure what happened but all of a sudden my custom clubs are not showing up in the Garmin golf app. Played a handful of rounds this week and all was fine. Last played on Tuesday. Now today, Thursday when I played the watch had all the clubs but when I load the Garmin golf app none of my clubs show up on the course and when I go to club performance in the app it just shows the default clubs.

    Same problem here.  Played today and provided all of the clubs used, but no clubs are showing up on the app or the web.  I looked back at my other rounds and all of the club data disappeared although it still shows the shots and distances.  In addition, when I go to club performance it too just shows the default clubs.

  • Same here.  Lost all historical club selections and none recorded today. I'm on version 2.40 which I think is the newest and the app doesn't say it has an update.  I'm on Android.   The webapp is blank as well.  So frustrating. 

  • Same here, played today and the custom clubs showed on S62 but they are gone in golf app.  I checked the gear in connect and it’s just default clubs.

    Same here. I played a round yesterday and entered all my club selections and then it synced to the app and was showing till today. Now all club details have gone, im still seeing the distances but it’s not showing what clubs I used. The club performance section has also been wiped out and gone to the original default selection. I’m on the iphone. I called Garmin Support and they asked me to update my version from 2.20 to 2.40 which is the latest and said to see what happens the next time I play a round. However it seems past club performance data has all gone now. There should be some way to get it back if infact was there until today....so annoying as this was the best feature 

  • My watch has been on 2.40 so I doubt that will help. This sounds like they accidentally dumped data from the database and are either not capable or don’t care enough to restore the data.

  • I've been on 2.40 for a few weeks now and I also did Garmin express last week to sync up the maps since I've been out get in Cancun this week. Everything was fine through Tuesday of this week. Seems like it's something on their backend

    Exact same issue, I hope this gets resolved as have lost all of my club details for the entire season!

  • Well I’m not the only the only disappointed. Hopefully it gets recovered for all us, but I’m not gonna hold my breath!

    Me too, I just bought the watch a month ago and I played 6 rounds with it, very happy I can see all the performance, and I input all the data of my club accurately.  Then after a round of golf today, everything is wiped!   So annoying.  The most crucial data, and one of the biggest reasons I bought this watch, how can this happen.
