Took delivery yesterday(18th Sept). Set it up as per instructions and took it out to play at my course having downloaded all the recommended Garmin apps. Phone indicated a pairing so I pressed the red button and teed off. Nothing just a frozen map of the 1st hole.

I found that the watch can get “stuck” sometimes. When this happens, you may get a static display of distances on the first hole. It also can result in the pulse oximeter not reading and “hanging”.

I found that the following works:

1. Update to the latest firmware using Garmin Express on your computer (and not via the watch itself).
2. Do a hard reset by holding the middle button in for about 10 seconds. Ignore the power off message and keep holding the middle button in until the watch powers off. Switch the watch on and hopefully all is working.
