Six digits numbers on screen

My watch keeps showing six digit numbers, then swithc back to watchface, then after about 20 seconds new six digit appear, stay for 10 seconds then gone, then a new. Wtf is this. Watch is 6 weeks old, this started a few days ago.

Woah! The 6-digit numbers are your watch Bluetooth pairing with another device that needs those numbers to complete the process. The behavior makes no sense at all.

You may be able to resolve it with any of these steps:

- Power your watch off then back on again (brief hold of your middle right button. Select the Green check mark to power off.)

- Soft reset - hold down your middle right power button. Ignore anything that shows on the display. Keep holding until it is off, then let go.

- Update it using Garmin Express on your computer

If the issue were to continue, your last option is to restore all factory defaults.

Yeah it's in pairing mode. Just to to settings and turn off phone toggle if your phone isn't around or off.
