Hello,
On question about the non golf functions :
I know the S60 doesn't support training plans.
But is it possible to load running training plans( as in Vivoactiv) with an S62. For instance Garmin plans or self created plans (intervals).
Thks.

No. Our Golf products do not have the ability to load Training Plans. Please note - our other Outdoor watches do have Training Plan ability and the models that include mapping, have the same 41,000+ worldwide golf courses on them that many of our golf products contain.
IE: the Fenix 5X, all Fenix 5 Plus series in all 3 sizes, all Fenix 6 Pro versions in all 3 sizes.
I wonder why the Approach Series (atleast the S60 and 62) does not support workouts?
Monetization is the answer. If one watch did it all then folks wouldn't need multiple types if they're super active. They're a for profit company and while we wish there were a unicorn activity watch on the market it'll probably never be like that. It is what it is and I get why they do it even though I wish it weren't so.
As technology has advanced, it is accurate to say there are less and less distinguishing features between either a Fitness segment watch, or either an Outdoor watch or Golf watch.
The 'do everything' answer is to acquire a MARQ Golfer, (the highest end watch currently available) Fenix 5X, any size of the Fenix 5 Plus series, or a Fenix 6 Pro. If you go that direction, be sure to research to ensure you are receiving all the features you are looking for but if you go for a new enough series, such as the MARQ Golfer or the Fenix 6 Pro series, you will most likely find everything you want when golfing that is also found in an Approach S62 watch.
