Why don't I see the miles walked during a round of golf, or my route anymore?

I thought this was a very nice feature, and the last round I see it with is 8/2/20. Is there some setting I may have accidentally turned off? It seems as if different features turn themselves on and off all the time, and I don't think I really "fiddle" with things very much. Thanks.

  • Your Approach S62 is recording that data while golfing as long as it is functioning normally. I have not seen any customer reports in the last year since the watch was released that settings are randomly changing on their own. It is more likely your specific watch has a one-off issue that will likely be resolved with basic troubleshooting.

    Please try the following:

    - Sync your watch and full update it using Garmin Express on your computer

    - Soft reset - hold down your middle right power button, ignore everything that shows, keep holding the button until it shuts off. Then let go.

Test with your next round of golf scorecard saved and synced to see if you can see your additional metrics again like you did prior to August 3rd. If you still have issues, try the next step and test again.

    - Factory Reset - Restoring Defaults

If you continue to have issues despite trying all steps above, please reach out to our Golf Product Support team and we will gladly assist you further. (Contact information is on the bottom of the Garmin Express or Restoring Defautls Support center articles.)
