I am really sorry to hear the touchscreen has stopped working. The only reset you can do in that circumstance is holding down your middle right power button until it shuts off. It will take up to 30 seconds. If that does not resolve the issue, please return to retail store if just purchased or contact your country's Garmin Golf Product Support team and we will gladly warranty exchange your watch.
