I had a scorecard today where it reversed all shots so instead of my driver being shot 1, it was shot 5 on a Par 5. The order was completely reversed on every hole. I could not correct it in any way, so I deleted the scorecard. Has anyone had this happen?

Confirming there is an issue. This is a problem with the app, because it happens with ALL previous scorecards that I have even though they were fine originally. Must have been a recent update that broke it. Also as others have said, it appears fine on the website.
Completely borked, and sometimes the shots dont even show up at all (for me) unless you click on the shot list.
This is what it looks like before I click "shot list" on some holes. When I click shot list then it looks like above (yes backwards). No I did not putt from the rough 200 yards out lol
Yes... I ran into the same issue. After my game yesterday, I tried to edit one of the holes, as I forgot to tag a club I hit with... then I noticed the shot tracking was in reverse. All holes were the same, and even all my previous scorecards also changed. This needs to be fixed.. otherwise pretty useless data!
