- My S62 does not ask for number of putts when I am playing a round and scoring after each hole. Once I enter my final score for the hole it automatically goes to the next hole. How do I fix this? It isn’t tracking putts or GIR.
mine does this when it has recorded correctly independently. For example if you score 3 shots and 2 putts, and the watch offers 5 as your score it assumes its got it correct. No need for you to intervene.
No mine isn’t independently tracking correctly. It always starts at par after a hole and I add/subtract from there.
also, after a round there is no “putt” days synced to my golf app. However my scores, shot chart, data, etc is all there. No GIR or putts tallied.

Hi 8736609
Maybe you can try to get into the setting->golf setting -> open stat tracking so that it will support the put and GIR data record.
And btw, if you want to record each club you use, you can also open the club prompt, so that the watch will ask you which club you use after your shot.

Mine is doing the same. Did you ever figure this out?
I just bought the S62 and have the same problem. Even though I turned on the stats tracking, it never ask me or allow me to enter putts. Only score tracking. Apprec if anyone managed to resolve this?
Please confirm you have all of Scoring, Stat Tracking and Club Prompt enabled. I don't have club sensors but do have those three enabled and am always getting the option to enter my putt count. Also even though your watch is new, make sure the watch firmware and course info is up to current version. Garmin Express is the way to do this.
Thanks for the tip. I didn't have the Club Prompt turned on but have since done that. Will try to see if it works on the next game.
