CT10 not pairing anymore

The brand new CT10 paired with my brand new S62 fixed on the 3-wood stopped working after two rounds. It is not detected when trying to re-assign to another club, or when trying to pair a new sensor. I changed the battery with a brand new one but it does not work. Any troubleshooting hints?

thanks.

I have the same problem with all my sensors. This is very annoying after spending good money on sensors that don't work. Sent Garmin support an email weeks ago with no reply.

I regret I had the same issue.  I bought the full set of 14.  All set up ok and paired.  On my second round out with them, 6 of the 14 clubs were not detected.  Tried swapping batteries.  Still not recognised.   Called Garmin Support and after suggesting I change batteries they agreed I should send them back.  Returned them and got a refund from Amazon.  Very disappointing.  I have thought about buying the 3 pack for putter and a couple of wedges as I find the watch does not recognise those shots at all if I go through the green for example but I am not yet convinced they will work.  I also found them a little loose when screwed in and kept looking at the club to check they hadn't fallen off.   Not ideal.

What I have picked up is that the ambient temperature plays a part. The colder the weather the more likely my sensor are to give problems.

Garmin needs to sort this out and not just say change the batteries. I do know that the colder a battery is the leas efficient they are.

As I change my batteries i change them with Duracell, they seem to be the ones that give the lest problems

Thanks.  As I am based in Scotland perhaps they're not for me!

  • My sincere apologies to anyone having issues with their Approach CT10 sensors. There are thousands in use around the world working well. However, if you are having an issue with yours, please try changing the battery first.

If you just bought them, return them back to the retail/online store and exchange them. If you are outside of the return period, please reach out and contact your nearest Garmin Golf Product Support so we can replace the CT-10 sensors that are not working properly.
