How to select the correct combination of 2 x 9 holes when playing a 27 or 36 hole course?

When you are playing a 27 or 36 hole course, in some cases, you need to select the proper 9 holes to play. Is there a way to select the 2 - 9 holes before starting the round? Or after the completion of the 1st 9 hole, how can you continue the 2nd 9 holes so that the S62 will show a full 18 hole round versus a completion of the individual 2 rounds of 9 holes?

in my experience the courses had 2 different names so I've been able to choose the right one on the Aproach directly.

Moreover you can define the hole you are playing on the S62, normally the GPS help the Approach to understand where you are presenting you right hole.....
