Garmin IQ App

I have the new Approach S62 and have downloaded the Garmin Golf , Connect IQ and Connect Apps for my iPhone.

The IQ app simply doesn't recognise the watch under ''my device'' no matter what i have tried. initially it showed the watch but said not connected and now it simply states ''choose device'' with no further options

When it was showing my watch (not connected) i tried downloading a watch face and app but it simply stated queued.

I didn't expect to pay £400.00 for a watch and for the apps to be so confusing to get working correctly. 

Please confirm way forward.

  • Had the same issue when first registering the watch. Found that if you start again and register the watch with Connect and go into IQ from Connect (not leaving Connect -use ‘more’ section bottom right on screen) Then I joined Golf app the same way. It worked for me!
