I get no alerts (vibration or display) for calls or texts on the S62 using it with my Galaxy S8 phone. The notifications widget will show texts I receive and I can reply successfully to them but I get no such notification of calls. The watch has alerted (vibrated) for other things so I know it can alert.
I called Garmin support and worked with a tech for about an hour trying different settings on the watch, phone and apps to no avail. He recommended I return the watch for a replacement which I did. I just got the replacement today. Its doing exactly the same thing.
Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? If its a software compatibility issue I sure hope it can get resolved because I really like this watch.
