If you are using multiple products, the Physio TrueUp question will only appear when you first sync your capable watch into the Connect Mobile APP. If you are using multiple products and you switch what you are wearing, and the information matches what you see in the Support Center article for what is impacted, remove your Approach S62 out of the APP and pair it in again. You will see the question during the final stages of setup in the Connect APP.

thanks for the response, I have done this before and did it again today and it does not ask or show up anywhere. It does not sync anything other than steps. It does not include any activity, that was started on the watch.
