When i finish a golf activity, my S62 shows that I have walked around 10 kilometers, even though it should be around 7 kilometers.
My friend have S40, and the distance is correct at his watch.
Can you please help me solve this issue?

You can improve your activity tracking distance with adding a custom stride length to your watch - Improve the Activity Tracking Accuracy of an Approach. Ensure your software is fully up to date on your watch. For the best accuracy when you use your GPS for an outdoor activity, it is best practice to allow connection to the GPS satellites then wait an additional 3-5 minutes before starting the activity.
Hi Chris
Thank you for your reply.
I have set the custom stride length, but it seems to only affect the number of steps walked in a distance. The distance in kilometers is the same (and too long) regardles of the set custom stride length.

It’s a GPS watch. Why would stride affect distance? I can see stride affecting steps taken, but his total distance is off.
btw, I have an s60 and I have also questioned these results.
