Audible sounds or tones?

Does the S62 have a setting so an alarm or timer or find my device makes an audible tone? The only setting I can find is to make it vibrate. I'm coming from a Fenix 5X and would love to have that same functionality. Thanks.

Nope. The S62 doesn't do tones, just vibrations.

What good is an alarm or find my watch if you can't hear it?

The reason I ask is I have just purchased the S42 and I can't find any sound on it either nor does it mention it anywhere on the manual or online yet it says audible sound when finding watch

I see in the manual it states "An audible alert sounds on your mobile device". Pretty sure it's referring to the phone, not the watch.

I also see where it talks about setting up alarms on your watch. I agree that's pretty silly if there are no audible alerts. I never use alarms so haven't tried it out. Wonder if it triggers an alarm on the phone.

No I tried that. It will create a sound on the phone if you hit find my phone perfectly. Why ion Earth would you put an alarm a timer and find my watch if you can't hear it. I was suspicious when I found out that that's how the S62 works but for the life of me I don't know why anybody would leave out that feature on a $300 or $500 watch. Very upset. Probably should have just gone with the S12. I have an S3 and the alarm works on it.
