Once you register many clubs on your golf gear list, clubs at lower lines never appear regardless with the pairing with CT10.
Try to set "only" 14 clubs in your gear list.
I have the same problem I have just started pairing with my S62 and it only goes to PW. This is ridiculous as I have 3 further wedges and a putter?

Underlying these common problems is the fact that Garmins instructions to include the correlation between the watch and smart phone is virtually non existent. What I discovered is the pairing ability of the phone app is questionably stable and was only fixed by deleting and then reloading the app. Sadly disappointed in this product considering its legacy name and price point. My golf game is stressful enough without this added fixation.
