Map approach s62

When I use walking as an activity I can see a map with my Walk in Garmin Connect. How do I get a map visible showing my Run?

If you record an activity with the S62, you should always get a map when you view that activity in GC, unless you had GPS disabled for the activity. Are you saying you select the "Run" activity but don't see a run activity in GC?

If I succeeded in uploading a file you can se what I mean. One picture shows cycling and the other one shows running.

That's really odd. I always get the map when I use the S62 for running. Have you done additional runs? Do you get the same behavior?

The first thing I'd check is that you have GPS enabled. If you edited the Run settings, it would have been easy to toggle off GPS. This seems like the most likely issue if it's only happening for the one activity.

If you want to post the .FIT file for the activity (you probably need to wrap it in a .ZIP file) I'd be happy to take a look. It has all the information in it like what the GPS mode was.
