I've had my S62 since the end of February. The HR Mon has stopped working and also the step count now as well. The problem started about a week ago with the HR mon, a power off and on would kick it into life for while but then would stop again.
I have re-synced several times and checked updates, last night i reset data and default settings but still no joy. I have e-mailed Garmin Support but only had the one response so far and that was to say sync up and update which i have done.

The pic shows (sorry its a bit dark) that the HR started but then a while later stopped at 91, today it hasn't started at all.
As per the subject the step count has alo stopped.
Any ideas from Garmin please?
