Then - press the middle button for the menu (2x2 grid)
Press "Settings" -> "Golf Settings" -> "Scoring".
There you'll find a toggle for 2 players.
It gets a bit confusing since you first have to start the round. Plus, once you've started your round, the "Scoring" menu option changes from a basic toggle to a "menu + toggle" interface. Notice the little vertical line that is there once you start your round between the word "Scoring" and the toggle.
Thanks a bunch! Never occurred to me to go into those settings after I started the round. Figured it would be somewhere under the top button menu for the round.
