S60 locating GPS

Hello all 

I have recently got an S60 as I do play golf, but was hoping to use for running as I also run twice a week or so. 
I have found it takes an age to locate GPS (10 mins vs say 30 seconds). 
I have run updates whilst connected to PC through garmin express and it is still doing it. 

Is there a known issue and a simple solution.

    It is recommended to have a recent sync with the Garmin Connect mobile app that day prior to recording the activity on the watch to ensure satellite data on the watch is up to date to allow for a faster acquisition. 

    Also ensure you are outside with the sky directly above you when starting the activity on the watch to allow a line of site for the GPS signal to be adequate vs starting the activity from inside a building or under any objects or structures.
