If you recently installed map updates to your S60, see if the concern continues on your next round with the watch. If the maps have not been updated in a while, and the device has not been synced for a while, a combination of outdated satellite prediction data (which is updated in the background when the watch is synced) and a build up of files from activity tracking...scorecards, etc can lead to the concern you mentioned.

I recommend contacting Garmin Support if the concern persists after following the suggestions outlined above.
