Has anybody sorted the problem of the s60 not being recognised by the Garmin express app, have phone Garmin they emailed steps to try nothing works

Having only had the s60 since April am very disappointed with it.have tried to phone Garmin twice waiting for 1hour no answer tried next day waited 40 minutes no answer again so any help would be much appreciated
