Anyone had trouble connecting the watch to the Garmin express app

Having trouble with connecting my watch to Garmin express app the app is not recognising the watch, anyone got any ideas, thanks

How long did you wait? After connection to pc and starting GE it takes for my S60 and also Epix 30 - 45 sec.

I waited 5 minutes still no connection,I also have a S6 watch that connected fine to the Garmin app
