S60 synced but frozen

Device has synced with my iPhone but it is froze on a screen which is like a watch, equals sign then garmin connect Icon. I get no response from the screen or button 2 or 4. It will let me turn off .Is it faulty or am I missing something?

The screen with the watch icon and an equal sign next to the Garmin Connect mobile logo appears after the watch has been successfully paired and setup through the bluetooth connection to the smartphone…

Did you try a restart with ca. 15 sec to press the menu button?

Yes sadly that didn't work either

The screen with the watch icon and an equal sign next to the Garmin Connect mobile logo appears after the watch has been successfully paired and setup through the bluetooth connection to the smartphone through the Garmin Connect mobile app.

If the display is ever locked and not blank on the watch, pressing and holding the middle button on the side of the S60 (and keeping the button held down long enough*) will force the watch to shut down, resulting in the display going blank.

The S60 can then be powered back on and the watch should reboot normally, no longer having the issue.

Sadly I tried that and yet still froze when I restarted. The Garmin has gone back now and I'm waiting to

hear.
