Soft reset your watch by holding the middle button on the side of the watch until you see the display turn blank (takes about 10-15 seconds of holding) then release the button.
If you continue to have the issue, contact Garmin Support...or post additional details of what feature you are attempting to use when you see the TruSwing prompt, when you see it occur, and how often it occurs.
