Tap the middle button on the side of the watch from the regular screen showing the time to open the main menu on the S60 > Then select the "Watch Face" option in the menu > The watch face you currently have set will then display > Then swipe up or down on the touchscreen to scroll through all of the preset watch face options to select the option you want to use.

Thanks Cody. I know how to change the watch face. My point is that after the SW update the version of watch face is no longer available in the options. Where did it go?
After resetting, and getting the watch set back...check your watch face options to see if the default watch that you are no longer seeing is now included as an option.
