Updated: May 18, 2023: Users experiencing this issue with the PlaysLike distance feature not working when distances are tapped on the screen should verify the following to ensure the feature will work:
Make sure Tournament Mode is not enabled in Golf settings.
The S60 does not have a toggle switch for PlaysLike distance, but some of our newer devices like fenix 7, epix Gen 2, or newer contain a PlaysLike switch toggle in Golf settings so make sure that is enabled.
Make sure course maps are up to date using the Garmin Express program, link to support steps HERE.
After confirming the above, if you continue to have the concern with PlaysLike Distance not toggling when tapping the front, middle, and back distance fields on the screen during a round an active round, then the user must reinstall course maps using the Garmin Express program.

I understand how the Plays Like feature works on the watch, my problem is that with the most recent update the feature itself no longer works, hence the irritation. Tournament mode is not enabled on my device. What i have noticed as of last night, when I tap the screen on the distances it actually shows the Driver Line or removes it, but that's all the variation on the screen i see.
The driver line arc is displayed on the course map, and (if Big Numbers Mode is not enabled) will display next to the the front, middle, and back distances displayed on the screen during the round.
The driver line arc will always display on that full image layout of the hole, so if you are tapping the screen, and then seeing the drive line zoom into full screen view, that indicates the map section of the screen is being touched, and not the section of the screen where the distances are displayed to the left of the map.
The section of the screen directly where the distances are displayed must be tapped with the finger in order to toggle the distances to reflect the PlayLike adjustment.
If you are tapping the correct section of the screen, and the map is going full screen, then consider removing the screen protector (if one is installed over the screen) and make sure to not tap the screen with a glove hand.
I've owned this watch for years, I understand how it's supposed to work. My issue is that's its not performing like it used prior to the update. Is there a reset or something that would work to get back to expected user experience?
Based on the current information on the issue, Garmin would not advise any sort of reset, as the issue and more information is needed before a solution can suggested. A reset at this point would not be appropriate, as that would not typically be needed in this circumstance.

Hey, I have the exact same problem, also have the driver arc disappear when i hit the yardages to change them to plays like. Did you ever find a fix for this?
