After charging my S60 is stuck displaying info from a hardware test

Any idea of how I get out of this test mode?

Had my S60 Premium on charge and upon removing the USB-cable the display shows a hardware info screen.

ESN: 396561xxxx
Time: Current time
Temp: 31
Battery: 4.26V 98%
ROM test: Pass
RAM test: Pass
ChrgState: Off
HW ID Voltage: 1.00V

Did something go wrong during charging or what caused this to happen?

I can switch between multiple screens of different test with the top button but not sure how to get out of the test since the back button wont work

I was able to turn the watch off and on again with the middle button and it now seems normal again.

Im a bit curious though how that testmode is started, can it be done with some kind of button combination, it had some inteteresting info.

I just removed the charging cable, not sure if I had my finger on any of the buttons but maybe it restarted when the cable was removed.
